InHouse Event Solutions is the official hotel provider for the Mental Health Forum 2026, taking place at the National Convention Centre, Canberra, ACT
Special rates have been negotiated at the below hotels on behalf of delegates to make your trip to Canberra cost affordable.
Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis.
These offers will expire 30 days before the Forum on Sunday 27 September 2026 so be sure to book early to secure your preferred hotel.
How To Book Accommodation
You can explore and book accommodation during your registration. If you would prefer to book later, your registration confirmation email will include a
unique link to review hotel options and make a booking any time before Sunday 27 September 2026.
It is possible to organise accommodation outside the dates provided in the drop-down menu. Choose dates, and after you have
selected 'Book Room" you will be able to specify your required dates in the Special Requirements box.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability
Be sure to review each hotel’s policies before completing your booking. You will also receive a copy of the hotel’s payment and cancellation terms in your accommodation confirmation email for your records.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment is handled directly by the hotel and is separate from your conference registration.
Change of Booking
Should you wish to cancel or reduce the number of nights of your booking, you will be liable for the applicable cancellation and/or refund policy.
Fees vary depending on the hotel booked. Please ensure you read the hotel's payment and cancellation terms carefully before completing your booking

General Accommodation Terms & Conditions
The hotel's individual cancellation and payment terms will be available on the booking page, and a copy will be in the accommodation confirmation email
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold any reservation and will not be charged immediately
The credit card supplied must expire after the date of the event
Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference registration payment and will be charged by the Hotel as per the terms
and not OTA or InHouse Event Solutions
Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon checkout
The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay
Invoices provided by Hotels must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. After this, the credit card provided can either be used or the rooms will need to be cancelled
Rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) per night and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise)
Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests per bedroom. Please contact InHouse Event Solutions if you require additional guests/bedding
All subsidiary charges (breakfast rates, car parking etc) are subject to change without notice
A surcharge applies to all card transactions processed prior to 01 October 2026
Name changes are allowed
Charges may apply for late checkouts
